Yes! We have a showroom in East Tamaki, Auckland, where you can see, feel, and test a great selection of our products and purchase in-store. Our showroom is open Monday to Friday, from 9:00am - 4:30pm.

Your product will arrive ready to be assembled, with instructions included. All instruction PDFs are available on their respective product page on this website. 

For larger garden shed models, we recommend having two people for assembly. Most of our other products can easily be self-assembled by one person. If you’d like paid professional support for putting together your shed, fill out the form on Kitset Assembly Services for a price estimate.

Keter’s products are designed to last well for years. In the unlikely event of a broken or missing part, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, as we can offer replacement parts for many of our key products purchased from the official Keter store.
